Essentials Program

This is our signature program which has been the focus of the practice since 2022. This program was designed for most of the patients that come into to our practice, namely, those that are seeking medical answers that they’re not getting elsewhere. This is a comprehensive program that includes appointments with the doctor, nurse-health coach, holistic nutritionist, bundled testing and wearables. This is most suitable for the patient with chronic complex conditions as well as those that, while they may not have much present clinical morbidity yet, want to build a strong foundation for healthy aging and longevity. There is a large education and high touchpoint component to this program.
